Damages / Shortages

Damaged Items

Whilst we take great care to pack your orders we cannot always guarentee that the delivery drivers will be as careful delivering them.

In the unlikely event that you do receive a damaged item please contact our offices on 0845 643 1550 and we can arrange for replacements to be sent to you free of charge

It is extremely important that you notify us within 3 working days. This is not because we will not replace the damaged item, but because of the speed that we turn over our stock. We cannot always guarentee that an item will be in stock after you receive your goods. This is particularly important with glass items

Shortages

If you are missing items from your order please check the paperwork that you have received with it. If an item is crossed from the list it means that the stock showing on our system is unsuitable to send. This can happen if an item becomes damaged in our warehouse.

If this occurs a refund will automatically be issued to your card.
