| I just wanted to write to thank you for what is quite possibly the best service I've ever had on an internet shopping site. I tried to place an order yesterday and had problems so I called your call centre. The lady I spoke to was very helpful but we couldn't find a problem so I tried again with success. Within minutes of placing my order the lovely lady called me back to tell me my order had gone through ok. I was shocked by the high standard of customer care, I really wasn't expecting a call back. Most businesses don't have a conscientious service like this! Not only have you provided me with the highest quality of customer care, but my order arrived first thing this morning - amazing!!! I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your excellent customer service. I ordered 10 vases recently which arrived very quickly but unfortunatley one of them had broken in transit. I called through to your company and the person I spoke to was very helpful and friendly and offered to send out another one straight away without any quibbles, was apologetic that it wouldn't be here before christmas because of postal dates and offered other options. It arrived this morning in perfect condition less than 24 hours after I called.
The true test of good companies is not how they conduct themselves in everyday transactions but how they deal with things when they do not go to plan, and you were fantastic in this respect. This is customer service at it's best - thank you. I will certainly recommend your company to others.
