1. Your return request must be received within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will decline all requests made after this period
2. We will only accept returned items if they are unused and in the condition that they were originally sent
3. We cannot use our courier to collect goods. You must arrange for the goods to be returned to us, and ensure that you have adequate insurance
   
4. You will be responsible for all postage costs
5. We will not accept returned items without a returns authorisation note. You will be issued with a returns note once your request to return items has been approved, and you should include this in the parcels that you are returning.

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items please contact us within 2 working days of receipt.

If you have received incorrect goods please contact our office so that we can arrange a collection and re-delivery.
