Once you have placed an order through our site you will be able to login to your account and view the order status. Here we will explain what each status means.
A processing status is shown if your payment has cleared and your order is waiting to be picked.
A picking status is shown if your order has been sent to our warehouse to be picked and packed
The posted status is shown once your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you
A pending order means that we have not received payment for your order. This could be because you cancelled the payment process at some stage or there was a problem with your payment details. Please note if your order is pending and you complete payment over the phone, it will not be possible to track your order online and the status will remain as pending.
Your order has been cancelled. This will be shown if you have contacted us to cancel your order
Your payment has remained uncleared and your order has not been released
Your payment has been declined by our bank. This could be because you entered your card details incorrectly or there is a problem with your card.
