Do your prices include VAT?

Yes all of the prices on our site include VAT.

Are the prices listed your trade prices?

Yes all prices on our site are our trade prices.

Do you negotiate on your prices?

The prices listed on our site are final. We want to offer the best prices possible to each and everyone of our customers, no matter what size the order is.

What are your postage prices?

We charge £8.81 postage for all orders under the value of £60. For all orders greater than this value we offer free postage. These prices are for the UK mainland only and do not include Northern Ireland or any offshore islands.

For larger items of glassware we may place a minimum order value of 5 pieces as these items are delicate and have to be sent using a pallet service.
