Once you have placed an order with us you can log on to our website and check the status of your order at any time

To do this

Log into your Account

Log into your account using the email address that you registered with and the password setup during registration. The login button can be found on the right hand side of the screen in the 'Your Account' box.

View your account page

Once you are logged in press the 'Your Account' button in the 'Your Account' box on the right hand side of the page. You can also use the My account link in top center of the page.

This will take you to your account page and present you with several options.

Select View Order History

To view your order history select the top right hand option

You will see a list of orders that you have placed, along with the order status, tracking number if available and a view button.

View Order Detail

If you wish to view the order details simply press view next to the relevant order.
