Your final delivery charge will be calculated during the checkout process and is dependent on a number of factors including your location, order value and the type of products ordered. The following page provides information on the different delivery options that we are able to offer
What couriers do you use?
In order to provide the best service across the UK & Worldwide for our varied mix of products and sizes, we use a variety of different couriers. We currently use

Do i need to sign for my order?
We send all deliveries via different couriers which have different acceptance requirements. Some couriers do require a signature and some don't Most couriers however provide a selection of inflight options which including leaving at a neighbour, leaving in a safe place or delivering on an alternative date. When your order is despatch you will receive an email from the courier detailing these options
What happens if there is an issue with my order
We try our hardest to ensure that you receive your items quickly and trouble free, however mistakes can happen either with picking or during transit. Please contact us as soon possible when you notice any issue either via our online contact forms or over the phone and we will sort it out. We are always happy to replace / repair damaged items free of charge or provide a full refund for the item which ever is appropriate, but you must ensure that you give us reasonable chance to do this.
If your parcel arrives damaged or you can here damage please note this with the courier and accept the order as it may be that only part of the order is affected. Let us know as soon as possible and we will help you out.
If you are ordering items for an event please ensure that you have left plenty of time to get the goods to you and correct any issues that may occur
Special notes for shipping of bulky of very fragile items
Some large / bulky items (like garden furniture or large artificial) may be subject to a few shipping restrictions. These may be a restriction in certain postcodes (for example some in the Scottish Highlands & Islands) that are subject to extra charges. There may also be certain items that require a premium for weekend delivery or 24hour services. We also have a number of extra fragile items that can't travel via a courier and must go via the pallet network, these items are subject to a surcharge up until the order total hits a certain total after which time they become free of carriage charge.

Express Delivery
Available in England, Wales & Lower areas of Scotland. Express orders are typically dispatched on the same day (if ordered before our cut off time of 1pm) on an overnight delivery. Your delivery date will be shown during the checkout. Please note that certain large or bulky items may take 48 hours to deliver. We will contact you before dispatch about any items.
Excludes bank holidays, some scottish deliveries may take longer than 24 hours to deliver

Saturday Delivery
Our saturday delivery service is only available in England & Wales and for orders placed before our cut off time of 1pm on Friday. We can also only offer saturday delivery for orders delivered by courier. For oversize orders and those delivered by pallet we offer saturday deliveries by quotation only.
Typically Saturday deliveries happen between the hours of 8am and 12noon. Please note that weekend deliveries are not guaranteed to arrive on that day and subject to service capacity at the local depot.
Please note that certain large or bulky items may not be available on a weekend delivery service. We will contact you about any items.

Ireland & Further EU Destinations
We currently send all orders regardless of customer or value to the destinations listed in the table below. We can ship B2B orders to to other EU destinations however you will need to contact the office on to set this up and we need an EORI number to ship there.
Please note that any orders sent by ourselves outside of the UK, VAT is not charged, this is regardless of whether you are tax registered in your own country or not. After receiving your order, we will pick, pack and dispatch as quick as possible usually within 3-5 working days. After dispatch the transit time varies by country because of enhanced customs declarations and issues. We have seen a delay to some countries, and have experienced many issues initially with custom declarations following the UK leaving the EU single market on the 1st January 2021. However, most of these have now been resolved with only a few exceptions. Once your order has cleared UK customs and left the UK it will arrive in your country and be examined by your local customs agents. At this point they will contact you to arrange payment of any taxes and duty for import. It is very important that you check your email you used to place the order as any links for payment will go to that email and sometimes these can end up in SPAM folders. We suggest you check your local country's policy on importing however, the EU currently charges taxes for all orders and Customs Duty and Taxes for orders over EUR 135.

Collect From Store
If you would like to Click & Collect your order just place you order online and select collection from the relevant location when you are checking out.
We visit our Click & Collect partners once a week on the day shown at each location, so may have to wait up until a week for your order to reach its collection point. You need to place your order before 1pm on the Last Order Day in order for it to be picked, packed and delivered to the branch for the relevant delivery day
