Our weekend delivery service is only available in England & Wales. We can also only offer weekend delivery for orders delivered by courier. For large orders and those delivered by pallet we offer weekend deliveries by quotation only.

You can choose whether you would like a Saturday or Sunday delivery at checkout. Typically Saturday deliveries happen between the hours of 8am and 12noon and Sunday deliveries are between 8am and 6pm. Please note that weekend deliveries are not guaranteed to arrive on that day and subject to service capacity at the local depot.

Please note that certain large or bulky items may not be available on a weekend delivery service. We will contact you about any items.

Please note we cannot offer a next day or weekend service to these destinations and these deliveries can take up to 7 working days to reach some destinations. Scottish Highland addresses are classified as the following postcodes (AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, HS1-9, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-78, PH19-26, PH30-50, ZE1-3, TR21-25)

If you are ordering glass items for an event please ensure that you have left plenty of time to get the goods to you. Due to the fragile nature of these items, it is inevitable that breakages will occasionally occur during transit.

We are always happy to replace damaged items free of charge or provide a full refund for the item which ever is appropriate, but you must ensure that you give us reasonable chance to do this.

Some large / bulky items (like garden furniture) may be subject to a few shipping restrictions. There may be certain postcodes (for example some in the Scottish Highlands & Islands) that are subject to extra charges. There may also be certain items that require an premium for weekend delivery or 24hour services.

All deliveries will require a signature. You should check that you have received the correct number of parcels before signing for the order.

If you are missing parcels only sign for the ones that you have received. If the boxes appear damaged in anyway you should sign for them as damaged or refuse them.
