If you are looking to order those last minute Christmas bits then please beware of our current cut off period.
Standard Delivery - you need to order before midnight on Wednesday the 19/12/2018 in order to receive your order before Christmas.
Express Delivery - you can order up until 12noon on Friday the 21/12/2018 to get your order before Christmas.
We will be closed from 1pm Friday 21/12/2018 until Tuesday 3/1/2019. All orders placed during this period will be dispatched after January 3rd 2019 and we will get back to any queries you leave us through our help desk as soon as we can.
How to Order
Placing an Order with Easy Florist is simple, safe and secure
1 - Finding Products to Order
First of all you need to find the products that you wish to order. You can do this by using either the search box, or the menus on the left hand side of the page.
If a product is in stock there will be a 'Buy' button next to it. This can be used to add the item to your shopping basket.
If an item is shown as out of stock please feel free to contact our offices to find out when we will be taking new delivery.
2 - Add an Item to your Shopping Basket
To add an item to your shopping basket simply press the 'Buy' button.
Once an item is added to you basket you will see that the shopping basket on the top right hand side of the page will be updated.
3 - View Shopping Basket
To view the contents of your basket press the 'preview' button or checkout button. To buy more than one of the same item simply update the amount in the quantity column and press the 'Update Basket' button. This will then update the quantities in your shopping basket.
To add more items to the basket press the 'Continue Shopping' button. This will then take you back to the store. Your basket summary will be displayed on the right hand side of the page, and you can return to the basket at any time by pressing the 'preview' button.
4 - Complete Your Order
To complete your order for the items in your basket press the continue button. You will then be presented with two options.

If you are already a customer you can login using your email address and password
New to Easy Florist?
If you have not purchased from us before you will need to register your details. Registering an account with us allows you to login and view your order history, and order tracking details, as well as making it easy for you to make repeat orders. To register an account simply fill out the required details and then press the 'Submit and Continue' button.
5 - Completing Checkout and Make Payment
Once registration is complete press the continue button to proceed to the next stage of checkout.
Here you will be asked to confirm your delivery and invoice address, and select your postage method.
If you are happy with the details press 'Continue'
You will then be transferred to enter your payment details. Follow the onscreen instructions to make payment for your order.
Once you have completed payment your order will be released to our warehouse for picking. You can track the status at anytime by logging into your account and viewing your order history.
